Refunds & Exchanges
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase I will gladly issue a refund less shipping. Please contact me within 5 days of delivery and ship items back within 21 days of delivery. Unfortunately custom or personalized orders are final sale and cannot be returned but can be sent back for adjusting.
Returns and exchange details:
The customer is responsible for the return postage. In the event that the wrong size is ordered, the item can be sent back for re-sizing. Please contact info@fujibeads.com to request a return/exchange. Please also include a note with your package with your name and instructions; for example, refund required or new size required.
