Q: How do I know what size to order?
Fit can be specific to the individual as some prefer bracelets to fit snug or loose. Use the bracelet sizing guide found in the photo gallery in each listing to help find the fit that's right for you. Please note that this is only a guide and may not account for specific preferences for fit.
Q: What if my bracelet breaks?
If your bracelet should break within 6 months of purchase date I will gladly send a replacement free of charge. Please send a picture via email of your broken item.
Q: How do I care for my bracelet?
Use a jewellery polishing cloth to clean your sterling silver or gold (do not use baking soda as this will actually cause further tarnishing and harm the finish). All bracelets with the exception of the ones that use brass components can be worn in the shower or pool. Please note that brass can tarnish in water.
Q: Do you offer gift wrapping?
Complimentary gift wrapping is available upon request. Your item will be placed in a microfibre jewelry pouch and placed in a gift box.
Q: Will I receive a printed receipt?
Orders will no longer include a paper order receipt. This is to put less pressure on the environment and save trees. If you should require a paper receipt please leave a note at check out.
